- Define, with examples, the following theta roles:
EXPERIENCER, INSTRUMENT, BENEFICIARY (6 marks)
- Give examples of hedges for each of the four Gricean Maxims. (4 marks)
Name the Maxim, and give an example sentence with a hedge for it.
